Team Uniform Requirements
REQUIRED ITEMS
All athletes will be required to wear game day spandex, socks and knee pads.
Practice tops will be available in green, gray, and black. We recommend you purchase at least 2 of each. Game Day Shoes - Only Varsity players are required to purchase the game day shoes.
We are moving to an Adidas brand school. All athletes will be required to purchase new spandex, socks and knee pads. Store is open from April 27-May 26.
Strength & Conditioning Camp
June 1- July 16, 2025 (meets every Mon - Thurs)
Time: 8:30 AM-10:30 AM
Cost: $175 (TBC)
*No camp the week of June 29- July 3, as camp is closed for July 4th weekend*
Get Burly Leadership Training
Date: Thursday July 16th
Time: 9am - 9pm
Cost: $175 (due July 3)
Location: Meet at Milburn Park, Pick up at CPHS.
For everyone who has interest in trying out for the team 9-12 grade.
Pack plenty of water (hydration backpack is recommended), snacks and sack lunch.
Dinner will be provided.
CPHS Team Camp
Date: Monday July 20th - Thursday July 24th
Time: 8-12pm (incoming 9th Grade)
1-5pm (incoming 10th-12th Grade)

We had about 8 different groups lined up on the field last year. Keep in mind, doing it on the field is a little different than the track. Coach put what that conversion is next to the distance so you can accurately practice. Once one group has gone and we document if they made it, the next group will go immediately. It flows pretty fast. The recovery times are approximate and could be a little longer pending on how many groups. If you can achieve these sprints with the suggested recovery time, you will be in great shape for the sprint test.

1 minute recovery
6 - 75's (82 yards) at 11 seconds
45 second recovery
8 - 40's (44 yards) at 7 seconds
30 second recovery
10 - sprints (22 yards) at 4 seconds
15 second recovery
